● Skool: Our community platform, which hosts course materials and discussions. Skool collects your profile information and activity within the community.

● Zoom, Google Meet & Fathom: We use Zoom and Google Meet for our live calls. These calls are recorded through Fathom and made available to members on Skool. By participating in the calls, you consent to being recorded.

● Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail): We use Google Docs and Drive to provide you with SOPs and meeting notes. We also use Gmail for email communications. Google may collect data in accordance with its privacy policy.

● Slack: We use Slack for real-time communication. Slack keeps conversation history.

● Wistia: We use Wistia to host our video content. Wistia collects analytics on video views, such as which videos are watched and for how long.

● GoHighLevel (GHL): We use GHL as our CRM to store your contact information and our communication history with you.

● Miro: We use Miro to display SOPs and other visual materials.

● Payment Processors (Whop, Fanbasis, Shiloh Financing): We use these services to process payments. They collect and store your payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

● Other Tools (Hyros, ManusAI, OpenAI): We may use other analytics and AI tools that collect data to help us improve our services.
